Guess what I got Waipa’s house captain. We found out on Monday at the monday morning assembly that was the first time we knew anything about. Megan in my class also got house captain and we are still really happy. On Monday Mr. Denise stood up the front and announced the house captains. ” Waipa’s house captains are Dalton and Georgia I was so happy I couldn’t stop smiling when people looked at me. Then he called out puniu’s house captain It was Taylor and Megan. She also couldn’t stop smiling. Then they announced the others. After the assembly Mrs Crowe announced that Hayley got class councillor and Megan, Hayley and I were being congratulated all day it was such a great feeling to be a house captain. Now I’m going for head student. Wish me luck!

Hey Georgia
Well there’s nothing much going on at Sacred Heart right now. But we have Swimming Sports at Waterworld this Friday.
Yes we have a Head Girl and a Deputy Head Girl. This years’ Head Girl is Amelia and she is very nice. We don’t have class councillors but we have a student council which anyone is allowed to join. But to join you first have to put in an application, then you get interviewed and so on. It’s basically what happens at Te Awamutu Intermediate.
About that “Life round here” thing you were talking about. Do you have to make a powerpoint or use photostory3? If so, we did the exact same thing in Room 3 in 2007. It’s kind of fun.
When does Term 1 end this year (for TAI)?

Hey Georgia
So how did your interviw go? Do you think it went well? Did you get asked questions like:
What do you think is the role of a Class Councillor? (or in your case, House Captain)

What do you think is the role of a Head Student?

What are your hobbies?

What have you achieved at TAI so far?
etc

Anyway, who did get Head Student?

See you soon
